About us
What does Twara Technologies do?
We design, build and support websites, mobile apps, cloud systems, IoT (connected device) products and AI solutions, and we maintain them after launch. You can use one service or several together.
Where are you based?
Twara Technologies has a branch office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and its registered office in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Our teams work across both offices and collaborate remotely with clients in India and abroad.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We can work with businesses in any country. At the start we agree communication tools, a regular overlap window for calls, and how written updates will be shared.
Do you only work with large companies?
No. Founders, small and medium businesses and larger organisations are all welcome. The process scales: a small project moves through the same stages, just faster.
Starting a project
How much will my project cost?
It depends on scope, complexity, integrations, the number of platforms, and how much is already decided. After an initial conversation we send a written proposal with stages and an estimate, and we explain what drives the number so you can adjust scope if you need to.
How long will it take?
Duration depends on the same factors as cost, plus how quickly decisions and feedback can be given. The proposal sets out stages with target dates, and each stage ends with a demo so you can see progress.
What do you need from me to give an estimate?
What you want to achieve, who the users are, any must-have features, systems the product has to connect to, deadlines or budget limits, and examples of products you like. A rough brief is fine; we will ask questions to fill the gaps.
I only have an idea. Is that enough?
Yes. A project can start with a short discovery stage to turn an idea into a clear scope, a first version that is worth building, and a realistic plan. You can decide after discovery whether to continue.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Yes. If you want an NDA in place before sharing details, send it with your enquiry or ask us for one.
During and after the project
Who owns the code and designs?
You do. Our default is that source code, designs and documentation created for you belong to you once paid for, and accounts such as hosting, app stores and domains are set up in your name. The contract states this explicitly.
Which technologies do you use?
We choose technology to suit the project: what it needs to do, who will maintain it, the budget for running it, and what already exists. We explain the options and our recommendation in the proposal rather than forcing every project into one stack.
Can you take over an existing website or app?
Yes. We start with a review of the code, hosting, access and documentation, report what we find, and agree a plan for fixes and ongoing support before taking responsibility for it.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Support and maintenance covers security updates, dependency and platform updates, monitoring, backups, fixes and small improvements. We agree the arrangement before launch so nothing is left unowned.
How will we communicate?
Through a shared project board, the code repository, scheduled video calls and short written updates at the end of each stage. Decisions are recorded in writing.
Data and security
How do you handle access to our systems and data?
We ask only for the access the work needs, prefer individual accounts over shared passwords, keep secrets out of code, and hand back or remove access when the work ends.
What happens to information I send through this website?
We use it only to respond to your enquiry. Our privacy policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to ask us to delete it.
Question not answered here?
Send it to us. We reply by email, and there is no obligation.
