Privacy policy
Last updated 9 October 2026. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
This website is operated by Twara Technologies Private Limited, a company registered in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India ("we", "us"). For the personal data described here we act as the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Questions, requests and complaints about privacy: admin@twaratechnologies.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to give us: company, country, the service you are interested in, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.
When you simply browse we do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Our hosting provider processes technical data that every website request involves, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
Your theme choice. If you switch between light and dark mode, that preference is saved in your own browser's local storage. It is never sent to us.
Why we use it
- To read and reply to your enquiry, and to continue the conversation you started. The legal basis is the consent you give on the form, or your voluntarily sending us the information to get a reply.
- To keep the website secure and to stop spam and abuse of the contact form.
- If your enquiry leads to work together, to prepare proposals and contracts. That relationship is then covered by the contract.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiries for marketing lists without asking you separately.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, only to run the services described:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security, and the anti-spam verification check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile), which processes technical signals such as IP address and browser characteristics to tell people from automated bots. Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Our email delivery provider: delivers form submissions to our mailbox.
- Our email hosting provider: stores the emails we send and receive.
Some of these providers may process data outside India. Where they do, we rely on their contractual commitments to protect it, and we will comply with any restriction the Government of India notifies on transfers to particular countries.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months of the last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Records connected with a contract are kept for as long as the law requires for business and tax records.
How we protect it
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond, accounts are protected with strong authentication, and we apply security updates to the systems we use. If a personal data breach occurs, we will act on it and notify those affected and the authorities as the law requires.
Your rights
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you the following rights, with its provisions coming into force in phases. We honour these requests now, whatever the commencement date. You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we have used it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, where we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for or a legal obligation;
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it);
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapable.
Email admin@twaratechnologies.com to make a request or raise a grievance. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. If you live outside India, you can also use the same email to exercise any rights your local data protection law gives you.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
